DALLAS – The Spirits League announced today they have become an incorporated non-profit organization (501-C6). They began as a marketing alliance of ten distributors with a vision of becoming a unified alternative spirits distribution network covering the state of Texas.
This status strengthens the group’s ability to function in a unified way to both build their distillers’ brands and attract strategic distilling partners. The centralized corporate structure establishes officers, decision-making governance, and administration to support the functions of the Spirits League Inc., including rules, policies, and guidelines that prohibit anti-competitive practices.

Each member was selected by Sazerac, the leading American independently owned distilling company, as their spirits distributors at the beginning of 2023.
Through reliable and relentless retail execution in the communities they serve, the Spirits League Inc. founding members deliver a combined 124.7 million cases of beer and 2.8 million cases of spirits to their customers across Texas each year.
