Andrews Distributing Company is a family-owned and operated beer and spirits distributor proudly servicing 29 North and South Texas counties from six Hometown facilities in Allen, Corpus Christi, Dallas, Ennis, Fort Worth and Laredo. Founded in 1976, Andrews has grown to become one of the largest beer and spirits distributors in the nation, led by Co-Managing Partners Mike and Natalie McGuire.

Charitable Focuses

Through the Fisher Foundation, we give back to the communities that have supported our business over the years, focusing on organizations that serve vulnerable populations, promote youth development, and strengthen the communities we call home. This includes the Loretto House Resource Center, Our Daily Bread homeless shelter, Cumberland Youth and Family Services, and our local CASA chapter. We also provide scholarships for FFA, FHA, and 4-H members, and invest in programs that uplift seniors. In addition, we support the missions and ministries of our local Catholic parishes.

Giglio Distributing was founded by J.C. Giglio in 1955. The first generation American learned a local distributor planned to drop Miller High Life. He wasted no time contacting Miller Brewing Company requesting the distribution rights. Armed with a tireless work ethic and a talent for building relationships, he persevered and steadily grew the company. Nearly seven decades later, Giglio Distributing remains a proud family business. In 1988, his son Charles Giglio became President and CEO, leading the company through multiple acquisitions that expanded its footprint from just four counties at its inception, to 57 across East Texas and Southwest Arkansas. Sales total over 11 million cases (including GG Distributing), up from 40,000 in 1955. Today, the third generation of the Giglio family carries the legacy forward, joined by 140 dedicated team members who serve over 1400 retail partners.

Kristen Distributing Company was founded in 1930 by German immigrant Ambrose Kristen, who began by producing and distributing soft drinks like Frosty and Dr Pepper. After WWII, Ambrose’s son, “Boots” Kristen, expanded into beer distribution and created his own craft soda line, Boots Soda. In the 1960s, Kristen Distributing gained the rights to Miller Brewing Company products, marking a major milestone. In 1979, third-generation leader Mark Kristen joined the company, later pioneering one of Texas's first combined MillerCoors distributorships and moving operations to Bryan, TX. Under Mark, the company earned the prestigious Adolph Coors Founder’s Award and reintroduced Boots Beverages in 2013, reviving nostalgic soda flavors. Today, Kristen Distributing services around 23 Central Texas counties, operating a state-of-the-art warehouse and distributing over 3.5 million cases annually. Mark remains CEO, while his son John Kristen now serves as President, leading the fourth generation into a promising future as the company approaches its 100th anniversary in 2030.

Vance and Bill Reed were raised in the Northern Panhandle of Texas by their parents Joe and Elma Reed. In 1952, their father, “Papa Joe,” transitioned into the beer business, becoming a wholesale distributor of Coors and a variety of other popular brands of the time. Vance, Bill and their brother, Dale, worked alongside their father in the beer business at different points in their lives, eventually going on to own and operate their own distributorships across Texas. In 2011, Vance and Bill merged their businesses to form Reed Beverage, Inc.—a company built on family values and a strong commitment to its partners and community. Their unified mission focused on building great brands and being a reliable, strategic partner to suppliers and retailers alike. On October 5, 2014, Bill passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. Today, the fourth generation of the Reed family is actively involved in the business—helping carry forward the legacy of innovation, hard work, and community commitment that began with Papa Joe over seven decades ago.
